Product Overview

The BTS series mining vibrating screen is a new type of linear vibrating screen further improved based on the TZS series vibrating screen. It has the advantages of large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, and reliable operation. It has been widely used in metallurgical and mining units across the country, such as under blast furnace chutes, sintering plants, and coal mines.

Working Principle and Structure

The screen surface of this series has two types: single-layer and double-layer. With the same external dimensions and processing capacity, the double-layer screen surface can achieve higher screening efficiency.
The screen box can be supported on a fixed base or on a traveling underframe with traveling wheels and rail clamps. Users can choose according to the site conditions.
This series of screens can be driven by multiple motors. The scheme of directly fixing the motor on the vibrator saves the transmission shaft and motor bracket, making the structure compact.
