Product Overview

The ZKX linear vibrating screen is a medium and fine material screening device with a linear motion trajectory. It is widely used in coal preparation, mineral processing, power, sugar making, salt making and other industries for dry or wet screening, dewatering, de-medium, or de-slime operations of medium and fine-grained materials. It is the preferred product for domestic industry projects.

Years of production practice have proven that this series of screens has a series of advantages such as large processing capacity, reasonable technical parameters, high structural strength and rigidity, high degree of serialization, generalization, and standardization, stable and reliable operation, low noise, and convenient maintenance.

Working Principle and Structure

The ZKX linear vibrating screen uses dual-motor drive. When the two motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and superimpose into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The axes of the two motors have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the material’s own gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a jumping linear motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material.

Mainly consists of screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibrator, transmission assembly, damping springs, support, etc.

Screen Box: Made by welding several steel plates of different thicknesses, it has certain strength and rigidity and is the main component of the screen.
Screen Frame: Made of pine wood or wood with small deformation, mainly used to keep the screen mesh flat for normal screening.
Screen Mesh: There are several types of screen meshes such as low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire, slotted stainless steel screen mesh, and polyurethane screen mesh.
Damping Springs: Prevent vibration from being transmitted to the ground while supporting the entire weight of the screen box. During installation, the springs must be perpendicular to the ground.
Support: Consists of four pillars and two channel steels, supporting the screen box. During installation, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steels under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
