Product Overview

The LCDM series long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter is a pulse bag filter specially developed to meet the needs of large air volume purification based on jet cleaning technology. It not only has the characteristics of strong cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, and low emission concentration of jet pulse dust collectors, but also has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, low air consumption, and small footprint. It is especially suitable for treating large air volume flue gas. The LCDM series low-pressure pulse bag filter has been applied worldwide and has been widely promoted in China. It is widely applicable to large air volume flue gas purification and material recovery in machinery, chemicals, building materials, thermal power, electric furnace steelmaking, ferroalloy and lead-zinc smelting, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boilers, flue gas dust removal and other industries. It is listed by the State Environmental Protection Administration as the best practical technology equipment for dust removal.

Technical Features

Strong adaptability: Suitable for flue gases with various dust characteristics.

Large air handling capacity: Maximum capacity can reach 110×10⁴ m³/h.

Good cleaning effect: The aerodynamic characteristics of each component of the jet device are excellent, with very good cleaning effect. When the jet pressure is 0.20MPa ~ 0.25MPa, it still has a good cleaning effect for purifying gases with high dust concentration and large particle content.

High dust removal efficiency: For purifying gas with dust concentration <30mg/Nm³, the dust collection efficiency can reach 99.5% ~ 99.9%.

Advanced control technology: The electrical control system uses advanced programmable controllers, with four optional functions: online cleaning, offline cleaning, constant pressure differential cleaning, and timed cleaning. It also has pressure and temperature detection systems and manual control mode. It has high reliability, long service life, and is easy for on-site adjustment.

Small footprint of the dust collector: The filter bag length is 6 meters, and the filtering velocity can be selected between 1 ~ 1.5 m/min. The footprint is 30~50% smaller than conventional pulse dust collectors.

Convenient operation and maintenance: The filter bag opening uses an elastic tension ring, which can be directly embedded on the tube sheet, providing both sealing and convenient disassembly and assembly, greatly improving the labor intensity of operators.
