The ZSG series mining high-efficiency heavy-duty vibrating screen is a new type of high-efficiency screening equipment independently developed by our company. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electric power, chemical and other industries, especially widely used in the metallurgical industry. It is commonly used screening machinery under blast furnace chutes, in coking plants, and mineral processing plants. This machine uses a new energy-saving vibration motor or vibrator as the vibration source, supported and isolated by rubber springs. It has the advantages of large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, easy screen mesh replacement, and simple installation and maintenance.
The ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty screen uses a vibration motor, externally driven ordinary motor, or self-vibration source to drive the screen body to perform periodic reciprocating vibration along the direction of the exciting force. The material moves in a parabolic motion along the straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the screening purpose.
The ZSG series high-efficiency heavy-duty screen consists of a vibration source, screen body, screen mesh, vibration damping device, and base support. The side plates of the screen are made of high-quality steel plates. The side plates, crossbeams, and vibrator base are connected by high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The structure is reasonable, sturdy and durable.
