The HMC series single pulse bag filter is a small bag filter designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products at home and abroad and making improvements. The dust collector uses pulse jet cleaning method, which has the advantages of good cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large air handling capacity, long filter bag life, small maintenance workload, and safe and reliable operation. It is widely used for dust removal and purification of non-fibrous industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemicals, and mining.
The HMC series single pulse bag filter has six specifications. Each specification can be divided into standard with hopper type A and open flange type (without hopper) type B. Its structure mainly consists of filter chamber, filter bags, clean air chamber, hopper, dust discharge valve, pulse jet device, electric control box, etc. The box is all welded structure, and the inspection door is sealed with heat-resistant rubber strips to ensure the dust collector is tight and airtight.
