The ZDSS series top-mounted three-shaft elliptical thickness vibrating screen is suitable for screening hot sinter, cold sinter, and flux in the metallurgical industry, ore grading in the mining industry, grading, dewatering, and de-medium operations in the coal industry. It is an ideal replacement product for existing large and medium-sized vibrating screens and imported equipment.
The main structural features of the ZDSS series top-mounted three-shaft elliptical thickness vibrating screen: (1) The vibrator is installed on the upper part of the screen box, with sufficient distance between the vibrator and the screen surface. It can be used for screening high-temperature materials, facilitating the design and installation of heat insulation devices, greatly reducing heat transfer from high-temperature materials to the vibrator, ensuring the life of the vibrator; (2) Maintenance and repair of the vibrator are more convenient, which can shorten downtime.
The design of the screen box of the ZDSS series top-mounted three-shaft elliptical thickness vibrating screen adopts the principle of constant thickness screening. The screen box uses three sections with different screen surface inclinations. The inclination angles of the three screen sections decrease sequentially from the feed end to the discharge end, making the material layer thickness approximately equal on each section of the screen surface.
Under the exciting force of the vibrator, the screen box of the vibrating screen moves in an elliptical trajectory. The material on the screen surface obtains energy from the vibrating screen surface and performs a throwing motion. Elliptical constant thickness screening is conducive to the forward conveying, stratification, and screening of materials on the screen surface. Therefore, compared with circular vibrating screens and linear vibrating screens, it has larger processing capacity and higher screening efficiency. With the same processing capacity and screening efficiency, the elliptical constant thickness screen has a smaller screening area, which can save investment.
The two vibrators are mechanically synchronized by a synchronizer, which not only enables the vibrating screen to obtain stable vibration parameters but also allows appropriate adjustment of the vibration direction angle according to site needs, adjusting the length of the major and minor axes of the elliptical motion trajectory and the ratio between them.
