PPC Series Air Box Pulse Bag Filter

The PPC series air box pulse bag filter is an efficient bag filter with advanced level introduced by our company. It combines the advantages of various bag filters such as compartment reverse blowing and jet pulse cleaning, and overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning strength in compartment reverse blowing and simultaneous jet pulse cleaning and filtration. Therefore, it expands the application range of bag filters. Due to the structural characteristics of this type of dust collector, it improves dust removal efficiency and extends filter bag life.

The PPC series air box pulse bag filter is widely used in dust collection systems in cement plants, such as crushing, packaging, silo top, clinker coolers, and various mills. If used for coal mill dust collection, anti-flammable and anti-explosion measures must be added, and the bag filter structure should also be changed accordingly. It is also suitable for dust collection of gases with high dust concentration, such as grinding systems with O-Sep classifiers, where the gas dust concentration is as high as 1000g/m³ or more. Using this series of bag filters for dust collection, cyclone dust collectors can be omitted as primary dust collectors. In addition to the cement industry, it is also suitable for dust collection of exhaust gases from metallurgy, chemicals, machinery, and civil boilers. The filter bag material of this series of dust collectors generally uses polyester needle felt, with an allowable use temperature of less than 120°C. If the filter bag uses aramid needle felt, its allowable use temperature can reach 210°C. If the temperature of the exhaust gas to be treated is higher than the allowable temperature of the above filter materials, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
